24th Conference on the Art of Command in the Civil War

Registration is now available for the 24th Annual Conference on the Art of Command in the Civil War. VPHA has assembled a panel of nationally renowned Civil War scholars to explore the momentous events that took place during the Second Battle of Manassas. Learn about the culmination of the Northern Virginia Campaign in the summer of 1862, and discover the thoughts behind Generals Pope and Lee as they encountered one another on the same ground fought over a year earlier in 1861.
